Roy founded KNOHAO while working in Shanghai, after seeing the opportunity for more substantive international learning programs through his work at CEIBS.
An IESE MBA graduate with a political science background from UCLA, he has lived and worked across the United States, China, Israel and Europe. His work connects business education with the cultural and institutional context in which businesses actually operate.
Born in the East with a Western mindset, KNOHAO is now based in Madrid and works with senior partners across global destinations. Its Shanghai roots remain central to how it approaches China and the relationship between East and West.
