Start with the decision

What does your team need to see differently?

A leadership team rarely needs another general introduction to innovation. It needs a way to make sense of specific changes: a new competitor, a different consumer behavior, a technology that may alter its economics, or a market it does not yet understand.

We begin with those questions and shape a program around the people and perspectives that can help answer them. The agenda can focus on one destination or use a comparison between business systems to reveal different strategic choices.

Senior local partners bring context to each encounter. Facilitated discussion gives your team space to compare interpretations and connect what they observe to their own organization. The purpose is a more informed basis for decisions.

Designing the experience

A shared learning agenda.

01

A focused brief

Agree on the strategic questions, participant roles and intended use of the learning.

02

The right encounters

Select company discussions, expert perspectives and observations for the insight they can contribute. Specific hosts and access are confirmed during planning.

03

Context and reflection

Build time into the program to interpret what the group sees, compare different perspectives and identify what can be applied elsewhere.

Planning together

Do you adapt the program to our group?

Yes. Each immersion is designed around the cohort’s objectives, experience, interests and available time. We agree on the level of discussion and the balance of themes before developing the route.

Can the program explore AI beyond the technology itself?

Yes. We connect AI with business models, work, customer behavior, leadership and human judgment. China programs can combine industrial technology with consumer topics such as livestream commerce and micro-consumption.

How long do your programs run?

Typically one to two weeks. The duration is agreed with you, based on the objectives and destinations. A focused immersion may suit a narrower brief.

Let’s start with your strategic questions.
