Start with the learning objectives

An academic partner on the ground.

A well-designed international immersion extends the work of the classroom. The destination, encounters and discussions should help participants examine ideas they have studied and recognize the assumptions those ideas depend on.

We work with faculty and program directors to understand the cohort, the curriculum and the expected learning outcomes. Together, we define the intellectual thread before selecting hosts, speakers and market experiences.

Our senior local partners help bring depth to the experience. Their role is to interpret the local business context, support meaningful discussion and connect individual encounters to the wider themes of the program.

Designing the experience

Depth, coherence and relevance.

01

A focused brief

Align the program with learning outcomes, academic frameworks, participant experience and faculty priorities.

02

The right encounters

Select company discussions, expert perspectives and observations for the insight they can contribute. Specific hosts and access are confirmed during planning.

03

Context and reflection

Build time into the program to interpret what the group sees, compare different perspectives and identify what can be applied elsewhere.

Planning together

Do you adapt the program to our group?

Yes. Each immersion is designed around the cohort’s objectives, experience, interests and available time. We agree on the level of discussion and the balance of themes before developing the route.

Can the program explore AI beyond the technology itself?

Yes. We connect AI with business models, work, customer behavior, leadership and human judgment. China programs can combine industrial technology with consumer topics such as livestream commerce and micro-consumption.

How long do your programs run?

Typically one to two weeks. The duration is agreed with you, based on the objectives and destinations. A focused immersion may suit a narrower brief.
