A Saudi Arabia executive immersion examines the strategic and organizational questions behind economic diversification. Vision 2030 provides a frame for discussing new industries, large-scale projects and the relationship between national ambition and execution.
The program asks how capabilities are built: which skills, institutions, partnerships and operating systems are needed when a country pursues multiple transformations at once? Participants can examine the difference between announcing investment and creating a functioning industry.
We develop the academic and business agenda with senior local partners. Where an institutional collaboration is appropriate, its role and contribution are agreed as part of the program brief. Specific project access and speakers are confirmed during design.

Can we request specific companies or speakers?
Yes. We assess each request for relevance and feasibility, then confirm the proposed hosts and access during program design. The agenda is never based on an unconfirmed promise of access.
